Scotland’s camp sends a message to Liverpool legend Alan Hansen after he falls seriously ill.

Assistant manager John Carver spoke ahead of the nation’s Group A opener against Germany, expressing the team’s concern for former player Alan Hansen, who is facing a difficult time. Carver praised Hansen’s skills as a ball-playing center-half and highlighted his graceful play.

Hansen, who made 26 appearances for the Scottish national team and played at the 1982 World Cup, received messages of support from his former clubs and colleagues. Partick Thistle FC conveyed their thoughts and best wishes to Hansen, assuring support for his family during this tough period.
