Yoane Wissa expressed frustration with Thomas Frank after being denied the opportunity to complete a hat-trick against Luton Town. The 27-year-old was substituted on 82 minutes as Brentford celebrated their lead.
Despite the team’s jubilant mood, Wissa remained visibly disappointed, refusing to be consoled by coaching staff. He openly expressed disappointment in Frank’s decision to replace him, stating his desire to score a hat-trick.
Wissa is currently the top scorer for Brentford this season, with eight goals to his name, putting him ahead of Bryan Mbeumo and Neal Maupay. His performance has proven valuable, especially with Ivan Toney absent due to a hip injury.
