Mali international Kone recently celebrated his 18th birthday in February and is set to join United’s Academy as he adjusts to the new environment. United’s scouts were impressed by Kone’s technical skills, versatility, and physical abilities, as well as his strong mentality.

United described Kone as an “exciting” player and emphasized that he will be given time to acclimate to his new surroundings. Kone, who hails from Guidars FC in Mali, will receive support from the Academy to help him settle into life in Manchester.
