Michael Owen predicts Premier League champion, top four, and teams to be relegated for upcoming season.

The Gunners have been the runner-up in the past two seasons, falling short to Pep Guardiola’s side, which managed to surpass them with late surges. Owen believes that it could be third time’s the charm for the north London outfit, who last won the top flight in 2004.

In contrast to previous years, the former Liverpool player thinks that the Manchester team, which hasn’t finished outside the top two in the last seven years, could slip to fourth place. This would be the lowest league finish for Guardiola in his managerial career.

He stated, “In terms of the order, my thought process is if City are not gonna win it, they could actually drop away a little bit. It’s almost like if City are not gonna be really in the race after 10 games then their priority could go elsewhere – I think there could be a big surprise this season.”
