Arne Slot demanded to leave on the first day as the manager of Liverpool – Mirror Online

Sepp van den Berg, a player for Liverpool, is eager to leave the club after being consistently sent out on loan. He feels that the club’s asking price is preventing him from making a move. Over the past four seasons, he has been loaned out, playing in the Championship and the Bundesliga.

He expressed his desire to leave the team, feeling that he was improving and progressing physically with each loan. Despite feeling ready to play in 2021, he did not get the opportunity and expressed his frustration to the management. He believes Liverpool has not shown confidence in him and is now hindering his future development.

The team already has several centre-backs on its roster, including Virgil van Dijk, Jarell Quansah, Ibrahima Konate, and Joe Gomez, making it difficult for van den Berg to secure playing time.
